Maddrey Baker has from the very beginning been hopelessly infected with a love of animals, her first word was the name of her cat. In love with all things horse from the age of two, Maddrey has focused her life on horse behavior, health and nutrition. Frustrated by the lack of organic, non-gmo feeds available for horses she began Just Grain in 2007 to bring a healthy alternative to processed feeds into the hands of concerned horse-lovers.

Just Grain is milled in Central Pennsylavania at the oldest continuously operating mill in the area, and one of the first to be certified organic. The sale of horse feed directly contributes to the ability for more and more farmers to sustain themselves without polluting the environment or our animals.
